OJ EPO 2020, A138 - Patent Prosecution Highway programme between the European Patent Office and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore based on PCT and national work products

The present notice replaces that published in OJ EPO 2017, A110.

I. Background

The European Patent Office (EPO) and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) have decided to extend the comprehensive Patent Prosecution Highway programme.

1. In view of the current situation with coronavirus (COVID-19), the EPO is extending the list of days on which its filing offices are closed for the receipt of documents. The notice from the President of the European Patent Office dated 16 October 2020 concerning the days on which EPO filing offices are closed in 2021[ 1 ] is therefore amended by adding the days listed below.
