Having regard to the agreement signed on 17 December 2010 between the European Patent Organisation and the Kingdom of Morocco on the validation of European patents,

Having regard to Moroccan Law No. 17-97 on the protection of industrial property, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 23-13 promulgated on 21 November 2014,

The time limits for paying validation fees are governed by the national laws of the validation states.

A revised Form 1010 becomes available on 1 March 2015, and should be used as from that date.

The form's text boxes have been re-arranged, and a new one added for the validation fee introduced as from 1 March 2015.^[ 1 ]

The fees guidance currently applicable is set out in OJ EPO 2014, A37 ff, taking into consideration the changed amounts of fees for international applications (OJ EPO 2014, A121 and OJ EPO 2015, A24).

The current schedule of fees and expenses of the EPO is set out in supplementary publication 3, OJ EPO 2014.
