Despite these efforts, users may some times feel they have cause for com plaint. Therefore, as of 1 January 2014, the EPO is also adding a form to its website (www.epo.org/complaints) so that they can submit complaints more easily.
Users wishing to make a complaint about any EPO product or service should use this new online form, which will enable the EPO to harmonise the way it handles complaints and to ad dress the underlying issue in a timely manner.
