THE ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN PATENT ORGANISATION,

Having regard to the European Patent Convention and in particular Article 153, paragraph 7, EPC thereof,

On a proposal from the President of the European Patent Office,

Having regard to the opinion of the Budget and Finance Committee,

HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1

The fee for the supplementary European search on an international application governed by the Administrative Council decision CA/D 41/07 of 25 October 2007* shall be reduced by EUR 890.

Article 2

This decision shall enter into force on 1 April 2008. The new amount under Article 1 of this decision shall apply where the fee for a supplementary European search is paid on or after 1 April 2008.
